Wellness area

The access to the wellness area is permitted only with bathrobe
Pool and whirlpool from 7 am to 8 pm
Outside whirlpool in summer
NEU Panorama Terrace Pool in the 7.th floor from may to october
Sauna area from 3 to 8 pm
Massages and beauty treatments from 9 to 11.30 am and from 3 to 8 pm

Prices

The prices are per person per day
For the province of South Tyrol a tourist tax is charged

Rooms/bookings

The rooms and the wellness area are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the rooms by 10.30 am
Late check-out only possible on request: room and wellness area (price on request)
The management reserves the right to make minor changes. Deviations from location, size and furnishings of the rooms are possible
Please note that all rooms and junior suites of our hotel are non-smoking rooms
"Adults only" - hotel starting at the age of 14 years. Discounts for the 3rd and 4th person in a double room with 2 full-paying guests: from 14 years -30%

Payment modality of the deposit to confirm the reservation

Final reservation: the booking is confirmed only after a written confirmation from your side and after receiving the the requested booking deposit.

A deposit of about 30-50% of the total price is required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation policy

There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the Consumers’ Code, but we do however grant you the following cancellation conditions:

up to 10 days before the arrival date 0% (free cancellation)
9 - 6 days before arrival date 30%
5 - 3 days before arrival date 50%
2 - 0 days before arrival or no show, late arrival or early departure 100%

Travel cancellation insurance

In order to avoid cancellation fees in case you are delayed or unable to start your trip due to illness or other reasons, we recommend you to take out the Dominik travel cancellation insurance.
